12. Zombie Sonic

Sick. Both awesome and disturbing. Can definitely see where the hours went into shading, you'll have to send me the tutorial you used because it looks great. My only gripe would be the bone foot looks out of place and the nose is a bit to grey where I'd prefer it was blacker. I love the eerie green tones.
No tutorial this time, application of what I have learned thus far.

Work flow was >
>Found good sonic image
>changed the pose a roughed out what I was going to do to it in Ps. switched to Ill
>Traced inside and outside of all black lines with no fill pen tool. (have yet to find a way to vary stroke strength mid line)
>Saved like 12 selections, teeth, gore, shoes etc.
>applied black fill no edge to the whole thing
>worked through the selections colouring.
>applied gradients – in many cases this meant drawing another shape over the top of the original flat colour.
>felt satisfied
I see what you mean with the foot,maybe a bit more gore would help. the nose is actually deliberately a lighter sickly grey than the dark original.
