A while back the extraordinary indy game Minecraft took the world by storm. I was among those swept into the blocky fray.
It really is a fantastic game, easily among the most fun things I’ve ever spent $10 on. So I built a bunch of stuff, this tree being one of the more impressive examples:
I also spend a fair bit of time on Reddit and the /r/minecraft community has become an absolute boiling pot of Minecraft innovation.
It often seems like there are multiple innovations everyday, be they deeper understandings of the water physics, or crazy ambitious and amazing constructions.
I felt compelled to contribute so over the past months I have put together four pages of ideas displayed in order of creation with links to their relevant discussion threads below:
Each of these is signed with one or both of my Reddit and Minecraft handles and as I say in the last one this is probably the extent of my MC ideas for now, other projects beckon.
Also I have participated in the Reddit secret santa this year and I am looking forward to confirmation that the gift has been received before I can post what I made them.
